Step 1) immediate assessment as to cash burn, cash resources overall and by business segment. Step 2) is to pare business activity and costs to be cash neutral. Step 3 is to provide funds by improving operations and/or sale of high cash burn business units to fund operations and for depreciation, repair and replacement. Step 4 is ongoing profitability.
